Meet Chelle Brown, LPC
I want you to get the care you deserve.
Hello! I’m Chelle Brown, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Mont Belvieu, Texas and a registered telehealth counselor in Louisiana and South Carolina. I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges, uncover your strengths, and achieve meaningful growth. I’m passionate about supporting families, teens, and women in achieving a more fulfilling, balanced life.
My Professional Background
My professional life is rooted in my passion for coming alongside people during their growth journeys. I earned a Master of Arts in Counseling from LeTourneau University (2020) and a Master of Arts in Christian Education with an emphasis in Social Work from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (2001). My background in counseling, ministry, and education shapes the compassionate, individualized approach I bring to my work with children and their families, teens, and women.
Therapy with me is a collaborative and compassionate journey. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. My approach is warm, empathetic, and focused on helping you identify patterns, build resilience, and develop tools for lasting change.
I draw upon several therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, , and insight-oriented approaches. Therapy is tailored to your individual needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Whether you’re facing overwhelming emotions, relationship challenges, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
My Approach to Therapy
A Little About Me
Outside of therapy, I enjoy experimenting with new recipes, curling up with a good book, exploring new places, and returning to well-loved, familiar spots. These activities help me stay grounded and connected so I can bring my best self to every session.
My clients often describe me as approachable, warm, and insightful. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable and empowered. I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, but I’m here to make the process as smooth and supportive as possible.
Why Work With Me?
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be glad to connect with you.
