Therapy for Children & Families

Supporting children and families through life’s challenges is at the heart of my practice. I provide therapy for children ages 12 and up, focusing on fostering emotional well-being, building resilience, and addressing challenges such as anxiety, trauma, and behavioral concerns or difficult life transitions. My approach integrates play, creativity, and evidence-based techniques to create a safe and supportive environment where children can thrive.

Family involvement is a cornerstone of my work, as I believe meaningful progress happens when parents and caregivers are equipped with the tools and understanding to support their children.

Whether we are navigating difficult transitions, strengthening family connections, or addressing specific concerns, I’m here to help your family grow and heal together.

Therapy for Teens

Navigating the teenage years can be challenging, with unique pressures from school, relationships, family dynamics, and the ever-changing world around them. My therapy services are specifically designed to support teens during this transformative stage of life.

Teens are provided a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can openly express themselves, explore their emotions, and work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem issues, and more. Whether your teen is struggling with specific issues or simply needs a supportive outlet, I’m here to help them build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and foster a stronger sense of self. Together, we can empower your teen to thrive—both now and in the future.

Therapy for Women

Therapy services designed specifically for women recognize the unique challenges you may face in your personal, professional, and emotional life. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues, navigating major life transitions, or seeking healing from past experiences, I offer a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings.

In our sessions, we will work collaboratively to understand your individual experiences and goals, providing the support and guidance you need to move forward with confidence and clarity.

My approach is tailored to meet your specific needs, using evidence-based methods that empower you to take control of your mental and emotional well-being.

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that can help people process distressing or traumatic experiences that continue to affect how they feel, think, or respond in the present.

EMDR may be helpful for trauma, anxiety, grief, negative beliefs about yourself, and experiences that continue to feel unresolved or “stuck.” Rather than requiring you to talk through every detail of a difficult experience, EMDR uses structured techniques to help the brain process memories in a healthier, more adaptive way.

I have completed EMDRIA-approved EMDR basic training and incorporate EMDR into therapy when it is appropriate for a client's needs and goals. EMDR is always introduced thoughtfully and at your pace within a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship. My goal is to support your healing while prioritizing care that is collaborative and responsive to your individual needs.
